What we're asked before starting a project
How long does an industrialized project take compared to traditional construction?
Because we fabricate the structure in our workshop and assemble it dry on site, timelines are measured in weeks rather than months — up to 3 times faster than traditional wet construction, since fabrication runs in parallel with the foundations.
Where does Arquiframme operate?
Our main plant is in Colón, Buenos Aires province, where every structure is produced. We also operate from Añelo and Rincón de los Sauces, in the heart of Vaca Muerta, and build across Argentina with our own logistics and assembly crew.
What types of projects do you build?
Turnkey housing complexes for the energy industry, large-span industrial warehouses, steel structures, offices and commercial spaces, and oil & gas infrastructure such as site facilities and storage.
Is the steel structure suitable for seismic zones and Patagonian winds?
Yes. Every project is engineered to code and seismic zone, with steel profiles sized for the region's wind and snow loads. Structural calculation and 3D modeling are done by our own team.
Do you handle the full project or only the structure?
We can take on the full turnkey project: design and engineering, in-shop fabrication, logistics to the site and on-site assembly, with a single point of responsibility. We also expand or remodel existing complexes.
