Last updated: October 2026

Arquiframme S.R.L. respects the privacy of those who visit this site. This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights over it, under Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.

1Who we are

This website is operated by Arquiframme S.R.L., with address at Ruta 8 km 278, between streets 42 and 43, Colón, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, you can write to info@arquiframme.com.

2What data we collect

Data you provide. When you complete the contact form we ask for your name, phone number, email address and, optionally, the type of project, the surface area, the location and a message. These are the minimum details we need to reply and prepare a quotation.

Data recorded automatically. When the form is submitted we also store the IP address it was sent from and the page you arrived from, as a security measure against automated submissions. While you browse, the measurement tools described below record technical data about your device and your path through the pages.

We do not request or store card details, passwords or identity documents. We do not collect sensitive categories of data either.

3How we use your data

We use the form data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on that request commercially. We do not use it to send you unsolicited advertising or for purposes unrelated to the reason you contacted us.

Browsing data is used in aggregate form to understand which sections of the site are useful, measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and improve the site.

4Cookies and measurement tools

The site uses one technical first-party cookie, required for the contact form to work and to protect it against fraudulent submissions. That cookie does not track your activity outside this site.

Depending on the current configuration, the site may also load third-party tools that set their own cookies:

Meta Pixel, by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It records pages visited and contacts initiated, in order to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to relevant audiences. See its policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy and manage your preferences in Facebook ad settings.

Google Analytics and, where enabled, Google Tag Manager, by Google Ireland Limited. They allow statistical analysis of site usage. Their policy is at policies.google.com/privacy and the opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you do, the site will still work, although form submission may be affected.

5Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. It is only accessible to the providers that run this site and our email, acting as data processors and limited to that purpose: the web hosting service, the email service we reply from, and the measurement platforms mentioned above.

Some of those providers have servers outside Argentina, which may involve an international data transfer. In such cases these are companies operating under recognised protection frameworks.

6How long we keep it

Enquiries received are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period needed to handle claims or comply with legal obligations. After that period they are deleted. You can ask us to remove them earlier at any time.

7Your rights

Under Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, update it and request its deletion. To exercise these rights, write to info@arquiframme.com stating your request. We reply within the timeframes set by law.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims brought by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with current personal data protection rules.

8Minors

This site is aimed at companies and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9Security

The entire site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and applies technical measures to safeguard the information received, including content security policies and protection of the form against automated submissions. No system is infallible, but we work to keep those measures up to date.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

Questions about your data?

Write to us and we will reply within the timeframes set by law.
