Engineering and architecture

The project is solved before the first profile is cut

Civil engineering, architecture and BIM modeling at the same table. What's defined here determines the cost, schedule and service life of the project.

In industrialized construction there is zero room for improvisation: every piece is fabricated to an exact dimension and arrives on site to fit. That forces the whole project to be solved before production — and that's precisely where the system's advantage lies. An error caught in the model costs a correction; the same error caught on site costs a week.

Our civil engineering team calculates structures, foundations and behaviour under wind, snow and seismic loads to code. In parallel, architecture defines use, circulation, envelope and finishes. Neither advances alone.

Structural engineering

Sizing of profiles, connections and foundations to Argentine code (CIRSOC), with verification of wind, snow and seismic loads.

BIM modeling

A complete digital model before fabrication: it shows the finished building, detects clashes between structure and services and anticipates real costs.

Architectural design

Layout, circulation, natural light, envelope and finishes. Industrial buildings are inhabited too, and that gets designed.

Energy efficiency

Envelope and insulation calculated for each region's climate, with a direct impact on the building's operating cost.

Codes and safety

Technical documentation, calculation reports and compliance with local regulations for smooth permitting.

Construction documentation

Shop drawings, assembly sequence and part lists: the project gets built exactly as designed.
