Housing complex in Añelo

A turnkey neighbourhood for energy industry personnel: finished apartments, dining hall, laundries and recreational areas. Built with steel framing and galvanized steel structure, with an envelope designed for Patagonian cold and wind.

Two-story steel structure

A steel skeleton engineered to the millimeter for a two-level building, verified for wind loads and seismic zone. Shop fabrication ran in parallel with the foundations and assembly was completed with a crane in a matter of days.

Steel bridge over a canal

A civil work resolved with a steel truss: fabricated whole at the plant, transported in one piece and lifted into place with a crane. An example of what in-house fabrication allows when schedule and precision are critical.
